1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Processing times are entirely
separate from shipping estimates:
Standard Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or regional public holidays will begin processing on the following
business day.
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing
your tracking specifications will be dispatched immediately.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Windows
To ensure we offer premium, curated home decor items at competitive rates, we utilize direct-to-
consumer logistics channels. Our estimated delivery windows across our primary regions (including the
United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia) are as follows:
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 → 15 business days.
Please Note: Occasional delays can occur due to customs inspections, peak seasonal volume, or
localized carrier backlogs. These circumstances are external to our operations, but our support team is
dedicated to monitoring your shipment continually.
3. Real-Time Tracking Information

tracking:
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you within 48 hours of order dispatch.
Please allow a window of 24 → 48 hours for the carrier network to update and display transit
checkpoints accurately on the tracking dashboard.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For the vast majority of international shipments destined for the US, UK, and EU, logistical custom
clearances are settled proactively by our distribution network, ensuring no unexpected out-of-pocket
overhead upon arrival.
In rare, exceptional instances where localized administrative jurisdictions apply unexpected import tariffs
or customs processing fees, these obligations remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. 15-Day Return and Cancellation Framework
We remain completely confident in the exceptional build and timeless design of our collections. However,
should you experience a change of heart, we enforce a flexible return window:
Return Period: You possess exactly 15 calendar days from the official delivery date marked by the
carrier to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unaltered, and securely preserved inside
their original manufacturer packaging.
Damaged On Arrival: If an item arrives structurally compromised due to transit conditions, notify our
concierge desk via email within 48 hours with photographic verification to receive an expedited
replacement or structural refund.
